Wheelborne Map Pocketed Magnetic Tank Bag
Tank bags are no secret. However, this a special bag made with 15oz Martexin waxed canvas and lined with durable rubber neoprene. You also get high quality YKK zippers and rare high-strength neodymium magnets making sure this bag doesn't go anywhere. The real beauty is what it truly offers. First and foremost, a map pocket to stash your mapquest routes. We know we are in the dawn of technology now, so yes, it fits your small and large phones with ease. Inside is an expandable case that has pockets to hold tools! But wait, there's more! It has a zipper pocket to stash a super thick wallet's worth of junk and is lined to be water resistant as well.
Measures approximately 10 1/2" x 7" x 3.5"
Map Window 6 1/4" x 7 1/2"
A Word From Sy: Seriously speaking, what a great bag! It doesn't scream out "tech", like a cordura or rip-stop nylon piece. Wheelborne's tank bag stays true to the look, and it screams classy. The small inside pocket protects your stuff if, for example, you happen to stuff a leaking water bottle/flask in the large pocket. If the the occasional rain storm hits, no sweat. There's also two pen/tire guage pockets and two loops if you want to attach straps and make it a satchel. If you prefer, there's also a 2" strap slider on the back for extra bike mounting capabilities or a side hip-bag. Talk about flexibility. You might also ask, "How big is the main compartment?" It can fit two water bottles comfortably. Now the clear cover works very well with smartphones. This is great for GPS, but not texting and riding. We don't condone that. However, I was able to use my fingers to touch and input data without taking it out. Standard leather gloves will not work; so you better use capacitive ones or voice command. Siri, I would say is just ok. Google did work, but I had to talk loud, which can be pretty tough with a full face helmet and a noisy engine. In conclusion, this bag is full of features and is meant to last. Get one for you and for your ride.
